What is your guarantee?

Our guarantee is for 100% satisfaction on your part.  If you are not completely happy
with our work, we will do whatever it takes to make it right - up to and including replacing
your album.
Is Imprinting permanent?

Yes!  We use the same process (a combination of heat and pressure) that the album
manufacturer uses to apply the borders and other decorations to your album.  The
imprinting will not rub off and will last as long as your album.
Will you imprint on discontinued or "special" albums?

Yes!  The only albums we don't imprint are ones with coarse fabric on the cover (like the
CM "Tapestry" album) because the foil won't cover the material properly.  If there is ever
a question we will contact you BEFORE we do any work on your precious album.
How do I place an order? (We're so glad you asked!)


  • Step 2:  Fill out the bottom of the form completely.  Your name, phone number and
    EMAIL addresses are really important so we have many ways to contact you to
    resolve any questions about the order.

  • Step 3.  Write out (PRINT) the lines you want imprinted in the center section of the
    form.  Be sure to UNDERLINE each CAPITAL letter in each line.  Write the lines in
    the order you want them imprinted on the album.  If you want a graphic, call it out
    by name on its own line.

  • Step 4:  Choose the font (type and size) for each line and put its code (ex: C36 for
    36-point Cursive font) in the FONT column at the right of the form.  If you want to
    mix fonts on a line just write a note explaining what you want and include it with the
    form.

  • Step 5:  Choose the line POSITION on the album for each line and graphic and
    put its code (EX: "C" for a line at the lower right corner of the album front) in the
    POS column to the left of each line.  Hint:  If you want more than one line in a
    certain position, just number them (B1, B2, B3, etc.) to indicate position.

  • Step 6:  Pick a foil color and put an "X" by its name on the form.  If you want more
    than one foil color on an album you can have it, no problem!  Just ask!  Additional
    charges may (or may not!) apply, but we'll discuss it with you before proceeding.

  • Step 7:  Get your album cover or spine to us and we'll take it from there!  If you
    want to bring it to us in Sunnyvale, just call ahead for an appointment and
    consultation.  If  you want to mail your album covers and spines to us, contact us
    by EMAIL or telephone and we'll consult with you about the charges and details on
    the form.

  • Step 8:  Sit back and wait!  But not too long... We'll have your order turned around
    in just a few days.  If there is a special rush for a last minute deadline, just ask and
    we'll do our best to work within your time line.

  • OR... If it all seems too complicated or you just want to talk
    to a live human being, just call us and we'll discuss
    everything over the phone and walk you through the whole
    thing (no worries!).

How long will it take?

Only a couple of days usually.  We guarantee a 5-day turnaround but frequently finish
within 2 days.  If you have special needs (a last minute party gift?) just ask us and we'll do
our best to accommodate you.
What part of the album do I give to you?

Just the cover or spine that gets the imprinting.  You keep the precious goodies inside
the album.
Do you imprint on other things besides albums?

Absolutely!  We can imprint napkins, ribbons (think weddings and parties), leather
portfolios, day-planners, PDA covers, poker chips, and many other generally flat things.  
We can also supply the items to be imprinted.  Contact us and we can discuss your
needs with you.
I have something really special on mind for my album that doesn't seem to be
covered in your regular order form.  What should I do?

Just contact us - we love a challenge.  We have imprinted text at funny angles, made
every letter a different color, mixed numerous fonts on a single line, you name it!  We're
also happy to make suggestions to help you realize your special idea.  After all, that's
what the "custom" in "custom imprinting" is all about.
